BLACK TO COMM #16

America's only high energy magazine Black To Comm was a long running zine (now blog) from the 80's, 90's and early 00's. This issue from 1989 "has the Rudolph Grey interview, some reprints of Peter Laughner things I copped out of old issues of ZEPPELIN and elsewhere, more Electric Eels lyrics with a pic, Laughing Hyenas and of course tributes to the recently departed Lucille Ball and Jim Backus."

Writing is in that post-Meltzer Bangs style, cruel spirited and full of attitude, layout is messy cut n paste and full of crude cartoons, handwritten lyrics, etc. One of the greatest every American punk zines that championed Electric Eels and Rocket From The Tombs and all manner of post-VU proto-punk.
